The Department of Energy Forrestal Building is located just south of the Smithsonian Castle, within walking distance to the Mall and several downtown attractions. A map is available here. The nearest Metro stations are Smithsonian (via the Independence Avenue exit) and L’Enfant Plaza (via the Maryland Ave. & 7th St. SW exit).
