The
Department of Energy Solar Energy Technology Program (SETP) is convening
a Technical Exchange Meeting to facilitate external contributions
to planning for the Solar America Initiative. The Technical Exchange
Meeting is open to participation by all external organizations on
a space-limited basis. Due to this limitation, only two
representatives per organization will be allowed to register for
this meeting.
The
objective of the Technical Exchange Meeting is to obtain input from
industry, academia, and government on the technological barriers
and procurement strategy of the Solar America Initiative. This meeting
will focus on the discussion of critical issues whose resolution
will have a significant impact on shaping both the program and the
resulting solicitation. The key mechanism used to accomplish this
objective will be a series of breakout sessions to be held during
this two-day event. The first day of sessions will focus on technical
and procurement strategy, and the second day of sessions will focus
on program execution.
Registration
The
registration section of this website
includes an online registration form and instructions detailing
the registration process for the Technical Exchange Meeting.
