Sentech will apply a multilevel quality assurance plan to all SeaPort Enhanced tasks:

  • Quality Personnel. All of our personnel have been carefully screened for the applicability of their technical backgrounds, for the quality of their writing and communication skills, and for their enthusiasm and motivation towards the work that they perform.  Since 1989, Sentech founders have used the above screening principles to employ a high quality staff in order to provide excellent support to its various clients. 

  • Peer Review. Prior to completing a product or deliverable, each Task Manager will request a review from a contemporary, with a focus on improving technical content and to improve form or format issues.  It also presents an opportunity for colleagues to discuss and implement best practices, innovative solutions, or possible cost saving measures at the working level while the product is being developed.  

  • Quality Monitoring. Following the correction of any discrepancies discovered from the peer review, and a review by the Task Manager, a designated Sentech Quality Monitor (QM) reviews the finished documents.  The QM will verify the technical and administrative accuracy of the product, as well as its compliance with stated or implied specifications and requirements. All documentation leaving Sentech is delivered under the signature of the Task Manager and a QM. 

  • Rating Form Feedback. A final element of the quality procedure will be the development of customer-approved rating form.  This rating form will provide Sentech timely customer feedback on all contract deliverables, and as such, will allow us to consistently monitor and improve our work products in a real-time environment.
